I was looking at the baggie of prewound bobbins I got in my stocking and I found this inside the bag. Another nice little trinket. Wonder how much more stuff I can find, LOL.

Beach In A Bowl

A cruising friend of ours sent us a bowl, a candle, a bag of sand, and some seashells to be decorated and dream of being on a caribbean beach with a rum drink in our hands. What a nice surprise.
I decorated the bowl, just need to light the candle and get the drink ready.

I had all of these wallhangings just laying around, so I decided to put on hanging sleeves and/or tabs and got them ready to hang up. They are now decorating my house. I have my lovely stocking hanging next to the log cabin tree.

Here is what I got in my stocking from Sweetjessy. A lovely stocking with a house and my name on it, a snowman pillow, a set of 6 handmade coasters, some Cream of Wild Rice Soup mix, some Minnestota Sunshine Seeds, some Minnesota Boysenberry Jam, a mug with a tiger in it, a big christmas pencil w/ a sharpener, a little wind up santa that walks, 2 pincushions, 1 large and 1 small, a 2 3/4" Angel Ornament, a Christmas Tree Shaped box of chocolates, some moose fabric, a Fall Wreath pp kit, and some pre wound bobbins. Thank you so much sweetjessy.

Oh I forgot, she also sent me a cat. Its on a card, but she did manage to send the cat. LOL Its stuck inside the pillow.

I taught a paper piecing class for one pumpkin. It was suggested that 3 of them would make a neat table runner. So I made one. Here is the finished project.

This is a picture of The Ramblin Rose quilt done by my student in a class that I taught. She did a good job for her first quilt.

I just made another tote out of canvas this time. Will be used for a grocery bag.

The baby quilt is finished. It matches a diaper bag I made.

I have one more UFO done. This was a 30's BOM quilt that I did in quiltchat as a BOM that was run by Sweetjessy and myself and done by a few in the room.

I have sewn together the 9 patch blocks I got in the swap I was in. Now to figure out what kinds of borders to put on it.

Here is the baby quilt top I just did for a friend of mine.

I started this wallhanging a coupla years ago, and I just found it and finished the top with blanket stitching around the trees and penguins and added the borders. Ready to be samiched now to be quilted. Another one in the pile.

Okay, here is the snowman skier I have been working on. This is just the top not quilted yet.

This is the finished Christmas Ribbon wallhanging that I started last year around the holidays. I finally finished it. Another UFO done.
